Welcome to KitSnap ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the KitSnap mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide during onboarding — fitness goals, experience level, and muscle group preferences. Workout data you log including exercises, sets, reps, and weights. This data is stored locally on your device only.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you choose to create an account.

3. Camera and Photos

When you use the equipment scanning feature KitSnap accesses your camera. Photos taken within the app are sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of identifying gym equipment. These photos are not stored by KitSnap on any server. Google's privacy policy governs their processing of this data. See policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Payment Information

All subscription payments are processed by Apple through StoreKit. KitSnap never sees, stores, or processes your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

5. Data Storage

All workout history, preferences, and personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Uninstalling KitSnap permanently deletes all your data.
